Experienced in physical modelling of coastal processes and structures, including rubble mound and concrete breakwaters.
Dan is a Project Engineer at the Water Research Laboratory. He holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Civil & Environmental), and was awarded a PhD from UNSW, investigating wave runup on steep slopes. Dan has performed experimental work at large scale facilities, including the 300 m long GWK wave flume in Germany. He has also worked as a consulting engineer in the water and wastewater industry, focussing on the design and analysis of pump stations, pipelines, and treatment plants.
